Data Subject Request
Submit personal-data rights requests under KVKK and the GDPR.
Requests are logged; we may ask for proportionate identity verification. Choosing the correct type and clear details helps us respond faster.
Which rights can you exercise?
- Access/information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (GDPR), objection, withdrawal of consent, and—where applicable—compensation for unlawful processing.
- Türkiye (KVKK): Requests are free in principle and answered within 30 days.
- EU/EEA (GDPR): Response within one month; complex cases may be extended by up to two months with notice.
- We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, with reasons.
What you should do before applying
- Select the request type (access, erasure, rectification, etc.) and clearly describe which data or processing it concerns.
- Enter your correct name and email—we reply to that address (check spam too).
- If applying for someone else, have proof of authority ready; provide extra ID details if we ask.
If you are dissatisfied with our response or we miss the deadline, you may complain to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority: kvkk.gov.tr
